The kind of twilight I can get behind.

Tonight is the El Scorcho 50K in beautiful Ft. Worth. Things get cooking around midnight. It makes for an Epic day. Those are always good to have.

We had a great run with the Luke's Fit training group this morning. Pepsi and I put in 9 this morning. Tonight will be fun. I'll post pics and videos tomorrow.

For those of you dominating Erwin Park, keep it real and throw in a burpee for me.

    Sorry we missed you guys at the finish on Sunday. You both did great!

    While the rest of the group was getting up for the trail run my head hit the pillow at 5AM!
