Sunday Trail Run-Challenge

The run is on for this Sunday. We are starting at 6:00am sharp.

Alright dominators. We have established that you are working your way to being a trail sinsei. Now it is time for a real challenge, here we go.

The name of the challenge is Syllamo.

Everytime you cross a road on the 8 mile loop (which is 4 times) you will do the following; 10 burpees, 20 push ups, 20 body weight squats.

My goal is 2 loops for tomorrow (80 burpees, 160 push up, 160 squats). We'll see what happens.

Bring some water, bring some wood chips, bring your smile and be ready to roll at 6:00am.
